I had Erica helping me with virtual tours and answering any questions I had. She was lovely and very helpful. Since I don't ... live in Dallas, she showed me around the complex and the unit and answered all my questions honestly. She followed up multiple times after our first chat and was available whenever I needed help. I did not end up leasing the unit because it was too far from my place of work, so I cannot speak about the management and actually living there. Friendly Leasing Team
Toured with the staff here, and they were so friendly! The property manager came out and greeted me, and both girls were ... so warm and knowledgeable about the area. I lived here for two years before moving out of state, and I had the best experience. I rarely had any problems throughout ... the years, but if I needed assistance from maintenance or the front office, I received help quickly, if not immediately (Thank you, Dominique and the team!). The unit was perfect for what I was looking for, and I enjoyed how peaceful and clean the common areas were (pool, mailroom, gym, clubhouse space). My experiences with my neighbors were great too, and I will miss chatting with them on the way in and out! I would recommend this space to live in and will miss it dearly!
